Ensemble performance. Studied Trombone with Anne Witherell. Studied

Composition with Gordon Mumma and Music Theory with David Cope.

1999   Performed on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia during the St.Lucia

          Jazz Festival.
1992   Performed in The Hague, Netherlands, during the North Sea Jazz

          Festival.
1992   Santa Cruz Brass featured with Santa Cruz County Symphony.
1990   Scott Harris Big Band featured at the Fats Waller Memorial Jazz

          Festival.
1990   Piece commissioned by City of Santa Cruz to commemorate

           recovery 1989 earthquake.
1990   Concert tour of Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary. Bulgarian

           State Radio said "Scott Harris is one of the most prominent names

           in American Jazz."  (This may have actually been true...

           that day...in Bulgaria)
1989   Scott Harris Big Band featured at the SF Exotic Erotic New Year's

          Eve Ball.
1988   Random performances across Eastern Canada.
1986   Concert tour of NYC, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Austria, Romania.
1985   Guest soloist with Tucson Brass Quintet.
1984   Produced the First (and Last) Annual Festival of Boring Music.
